Since starting at LIV AVEDA Gina had the opportunity to attend the advanced Chakra Massage Training at the Aveda Institue. The Chakra Massage uses massage techniques in conjunction with specially-formulated aromatheraputic Chakra Balancing Blends. The treatment combines deep tissue massage, chakra reflexology and chakra visualization techniques, with a focus on harmonizing each of the seven energy chakra centers of the body.
